We have sessions available at 06:15, 07:00, 9.30, 12.00, ,17.30, 18:30, 19:30. You can come to whichever three OR two sessions that suit your schedule best each week.

WHEN DOES IT START?
It all start with your introduction training session for you to see if you like the atmosphere and feel comfortable in our environment. Then you'll be send an email with payment for your '6 Week Challenge' and then begin straight away when you're next available.

HOW MUCH IS THE CHALLENGE?
The '6 Week Challenge' starts at £49 per week depending on the package you'll go for. This includes - a dedicated Personal Coach, a goal-specific Training Programme, three group coaching sessions each week, nutrition support, body composition analysis, fitness education and GUARANTEED RESULTS or your money back!
