Where should I begin. Before I started with tuff corse I was very inconsistent with my workout and struggling to lose weight. I have signed up for the 6 week classes and x2 a week workouts. Little did I know that it would actually work, even without a strict diet and mainly just doing the weekly classes with Igor I have lost 20kg and felt much more motivated to work out and even eat cleaner.

 

Tuffcore really helped me kick start a healthier life and helped me motivate create healthier life style habits that helped me not only lose weight but also feel better about myself mentally and physically. If you don’t know where or how to start I would say this was the best decision I have made. Results speak for them-self.

When I joined Tuffcore I had intended to just do a couple of months but found I was hooked. I went from doing no exercise at all to working out with Igor and a group of ladies 3 times a week and absolutely loved it.
It's a small group so there is real focus on making sure individuals are getting the most out of each session. Igor is a great trainer, makes the sessions really fun and relaxed. It all made a massive difference to my body shape and confidence, I'm so glad I joined. Thank you Igor!

Have been a member of this studio for over three months now and it is without doubt the best female gym in Oxford.. I never loved exercising more, and it's all down to the team and other ladies in the class who are like minded and there is always a healthy challenge, which makes the workouts so much more enjoyable.
